Pricing & Order Minimums
Custom Decorated Cookies
Each order is quoted individually based on design requests and requires a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies. All custom orders are made with our signature vanilla bean recipe.
- Standard Set — starts at $72/dozen
Up to 4 shapes/colors, simple to moderate lettering, details, metallic/airbrush accents, or florals. - Deluxe Set — starts at $100/dozen
Up to 6 shapes/colors, moderate to detailed lettering, intricate details, metallic/airbrush accents, or florals. - Custom Printed Logo Cookies — available! Ask for details.
I love creating unique, one-of-a-kind cookies and do my best work when given creative freedom! Inspiration photos are always welcome, but please remember: I cannot copy another artist's work or recreate copyrighted images/characters. Similar color palettes? Absolutely!
Gourmet Cookies & Other Treats
Each of our cookies starts at a generous 5 ounces and is sold by the dozen. Tray bakes and other specialty treats are sold whole.
- Gourmet Cookies: $45 – $65/dozen (flavors cannot be split)
- Tray Bakes & More: price varies per item
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for order fulfillment.
Booking & Payment
- At least 2 weeks' notice is required for most custom cookie orders. Book early — the schedule fills up quickly!
- Rush orders (less than 2 weeks' notice) may be accommodated with a $25 rush fee.
- Bakery items do not require 2-week notice, but please allow at least 48 hours.
- Payment is required to secure your order. Once you accept a quote, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment must be made within 24 hours, or your order may be canceled.
Refund Policy
- Custom Cookies: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a refund. After 24 hours, refunds are not available as supplies may have already been ordered.
- Bakery Items: Non-refundable once an order is placed due to quicker turnaround time.
- Unclaimed orders are forfeited — refunds are not available for missed pick-ups.
Design & Inspiration
📸 Sending inspiration photos? Once you've completed the order form, email your reference images to info@sugardropcookies.com.
Inspiration photos help guide the design, but your cookies will not be exact replicas. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, and sizing may differ from reference images.
Pick-Up Details
- 📍 All pick-ups are in Roseville, CA — porch pick-up only (shipping is not available).
- Cookies will be placed on the pick-up table before your scheduled time to ensure freshness.
- If you're running late, please text 15 minutes in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
- Once cookies are placed on the pick-up table, they are considered delivered.
- We are not responsible for damage due to environmental factors (heat, rain, insects) caused by delays.
- 🚗 Local delivery may be available on special request for an additional fee — please inquire when placing your order.
